ORDER

JAMES F. HENNEBERRY, JR. of West Long Branch having coming before this Court on an order to show cause why he should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending final disposition of an ethics complaint against him filed with the Monmouth County Ethics Committee, and he having by his attorney consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that said JAMES F. HENNEBERRY, JR. be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending final resolution of the complaint against him and until further order of the Court, effective January 2, 1978; and it is further

ORDERED that said JAMES F. HENNEBERRY, JR. be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Supreme Court governing disbarred, resigned and suspended attorneys.
