Order affirmed, without costs, on the opinion of Mr. Justice IRVING H. SAYPOL at Special Term. Under section 25 of the General Corporation Law the Supreme Court was vested with discretion to make such order as "justice may require". Moreover, the issue is now all but mooted since the regular election of directors and officers is to take place next month.
