This is an appeal by employer and its insurance carrier from an award for death benefits to the widow of a deceased employee. The board found that on October 16, 1946, while the decedent was engaged in the regular course of his employment, he was caused to sustain unusual exertion while lifting milk boxes onto a truck which caused him to suffer a heart attack which resulted in his death. The board found that decedent sustained accidental injuries arising out of and in the course of his employment, which caused his death. The evidence sustains the finding. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the Workmen's Compensation Board.
