Matter of Hartelt v. Levy

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Third Department
Jan 1, 1936
246 App. Div. 881 (N.Y. App. Div. 1936)

Opinion

January, 1936.

Present — Hill, P.J., Rhodes, McNamee, Crapser and Bliss, JJ.

Motion for leave to appeal as a poor person denied, without costs, for the reason that from the papers it appears that there was a question of fact which the Board decided. While the claim seems meritorious, that is to be determined by the Board.
