DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a recommendation with the Supreme Court recommending that CLIFTON E. HALL, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1972, be suspended from the practice of law for one year based upon respondent's guilty plea to a violation of 26 U.S.C.A. 7203, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the report of the Disciplinary Review Board is hereby adopted and that CLIFTON E. HALL is suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, effective October 2, 1989, and until further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that CLIFTON E. HALL be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension, and it is further

ORDERED that CLIFTON E. HALL reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for appropriate administrative costs; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
