DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
This matter having been presented to the Court for the temporary suspension of RICHARD H. HAHNE of SOUTH ORANGE, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1980, and RICHARD H. HAHNE having consented to his temporary suspension from the practice of law and good cause otherwise appearing;
It is ORDERED that pursuant to R. 1:20-6(a)(1), RICHARD H. HAHNE is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final resolution of ethics proceedings against him, effective immediately and until the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED the Office of Attorney Ethics take protective action pursuant to R. 1:20-11(c), as may be appropriate to gain possession and control of the legal files, records, practice and trust assets of RICHARD H. HAHNE wherever situate; and it is further
ORDERED that all funds held by RICHARD H. HAHNE, in any New Jersey financial institution including, but not limited to, Maplewood Bank and Trust Company, Maplewood Avenue, Maplewood, New Jersey, Attorney Trust Account No. 301305338 and Attorney Business Account No. 301305362, and any other accounts maintained by respondent, pursuant to R. 1:21-6 shall be restrained from disbursement and shall be transmitted by the financial institutions which are the present custodians thereof to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund pending the further Order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that RICHARD H. HAHNE be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that RICHARD H. HAHNE comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended attorneys.
