DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
GEORGE HAHM of NEWARK having been ordered by this Court to show cause why his temporary suspension from the practice of law, imposed by order of this Court dated November 22, 1982, should not continue and respondent having made no appearance before this Court, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of GEORGE HAHM, imposed by order of this Court dated November 22, 1982, be continued pending final disposition of the complaints against him and until the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that all funds presently existing in any New Jersey banking institution maintained by GEORGE HAHM, pursuant to R. 1:21-6, relating to his law practice shall not be disbursed pending further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services take such protective action, pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b), as may be appropriate pending the further order of this Court, and it is further
ORDERED that all funds restrained from disbursement by this Order shall be transmitted by the banks that are the present custodians to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund pending further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension and further directed to continue to his compliance with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys; and it is further
ORDERED that said GEORGE HAHM be served by certified mail to his last known address and by publication of this order in the New Jersey Law Journal.
