Present — Taylor, P.J., Harris, McCurn, Larkin and Love, JJ.


Decree affirmed, with costs payable out of the estate to all parties filling briefs. All concur. (The decree adjudges that decedent lacked testamentary capacity at the time of the execution of certain instruments, although holding that the instruments were duly executed, that decedent was free from restraint, and that execution was not procured by fraud or undue influence.)
