DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

The Division of Ethics and Professional Services of the Administrative Office of the Courts having petitioned the Supreme Court of New Jersey for an Order temporarily suspending A. RAYMOND GUARRIELLO of Roselle Park from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and R. 1:20-4(b), for appropriate protective action with regard to said attorney's files, records and practice pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b) and for restraints on the disbursal of funds from all bank accounts maintained pursuant to R. 1:21-6, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that A. RAYMOND GUARRIELLO is temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services take appropriate action to gain possession and control of the legal files and records of A. RAYMOND GUARRIELLO wherever situate pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b); and it is further

ORDERED that all funds presently existing in any New Jersey banking institution maintained by A. RAYMOND GUARRIELLO pursuant to R. 1:21-6, relating to his practice of law shall not be disbursed except upon application to this Court, for good cause shown, pending the further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that A. RAYMOND GUARRIELLO show cause before this Court on Tuesday, September 22, 1981, the initial date for oral argument for the 1981-82 term, at 10:00 a.m., in the Supreme Court Courtroom, State House Annex, Fourth Floor, Trenton, New Jersey, why the suspension and restraints herein should not continue pending final disposition of any ethics complaints pending against him. Respondent may make application to this Court for an accelerated hearing on the order to show cause; and it is further

ORDERED that Colette A. Coolbaugh, Esquire, or her designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that A. RAYMOND GUARRIELLO is hereby restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
