DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
CONSENT ORDER
THIS MATTER, having been opened to the Court by COLETTE A. COOLBAUGH, Assistant Director, Ethics and Professional Services, and with the consent of the Respondent and Douglas W. Hansen, Esq., attorney for Respondent, and it appearing that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services and Respondent having agreed to Respondent being temporarily suspended from the practice of law, together with the additional relief provided in this order, pending final disposition of the ethics complaints against him before the District XII Ethics Committee,
IT IS ORDERED that:
1. The temporary suspension of A. RAYMOND GUARRIELLO from the practice of law imposed by Order of this Court dated July 21, 1981 is continued pending final disposition of all ethics complaints against said Respondent, and until further Order of the Court.
2. A. RAYMOND GUARRIELLO shall continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
3. The Division of Ethics and Professional Services take appropriate action to gain possession and control of the legal files and records of A. RAYMOND GUARRIELLO, wherever situate, pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b).
4. All funds presently existing in any New Jersey banking institution maintained by A. RAYMOND GUARRIELLO pursuant to R. 1:21-6, relating to his practice of law, and restrained from disbursement by the July 21, 1981 Order of the Court shall be transmitted by the banks which are the present custodians thereof to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund pending the further Order of this Court.
5. A. RAYMOND GUARRIELLO comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
