ORDER
An order to show cause why NELSON G. GROSS of Hackensack should not be suspended from the practice of law pending disposition of the ethics complaint against him before the Bergen County Ethics Committee having issued on November 17, 1975, and respondent by his attorney having consented thereto;
It is ORDERED that NELSON G. GROSS be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending final disposition of the charges against him and until further order of the Court, effective immediately; and it is further
ORDERED that NELSON G. GROSS be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
