Opinion

ORDER

ROBERT P. GRETCHYN of Wayne having been temporarily suspended from the practice of law on August 15, 1975 and having failed to respond to an order returnable September 9, 1975 to show cause why the suspension should not be continued pending final disposition of the charges against him;

And the Passaic County Ethics Committee having filed a report charging said ROBERT P. GRETCHYN with misappropriation of clients' funds:

And an order to show cause why said ROBERT P. GRETCHYN should not be disbarred having been issued on March 30, 1976 and served on respondent by publication in the New Jersey Law Journal;

And said ROBERT P. GRETCHYN having failed to appear before this Court on the return day of the order to show cause or by any other means to answer the charges of misappropriation of clients' funds and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that ROBERT P. GRETCHYN be disbarred and his name stricken from the roll of attorneys of the State of New Jersey, effective immediately and it is further

ORDERED that ROBERT P. GRETCHYN be and hereby is permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law.
