DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

GEORGE J. GREGORY of SPRING LAKE having entered a plea of guilty to counts of tampering with public records, unlawful discharge of pollutants, unlawful release of a harmful substance, illegal disposal of hazardous waste, false statement on manifest, official misconduct and failure to pay gross income and failure to file; and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to R. 1:20-6(a)(1), GEORGE J. GREGORY is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final resolution of the ethics complaint against him, effective immediately, and until further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that GEORGE J. GREGORY be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
