Order affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents payable out of the estate. No opinion.


Dore and Shientag, JJ., dissent and vote to reverse and dismiss the answer and objections to probate on the ground that the objectant-respondent [Public Administrator of New York County] failed to sustain the burden of proof. [See post, p. 1056.]
