Motion for a certificate that a constitutional question is involved on the appeal herein denied.

Cross motions to dismiss appeal granted and appeal dismissed upon the ground that a direct appeal to the Court of Appeals does not lie as of right (Civ. Prac. Act, § 588, subd. 4).
