DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

It is ORDERED that the resignation of THOMAS F. GRACE, JR. of STRATFORD as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey be accepted with prejudice in accordance with R. 1:20-8(a), effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that the acceptance of this resignation be deemed equivalent to respondent's disbarment; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent be permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law; and it is further

ORDERED that the respondent comply with Administrative Guideline Number 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with resigned, disbarred or suspended attorneys.
