Motion to compel respondent bank to deliver certain enumerated exhibits to appellant for incorporation in the record on appeal herein denied, except to the extent that respondent and its attorneys are directed to deliver forthwith to appellant's attorneys the originals, or true copies, of the exhibits listed in the notice of motion without prejudice to an application by respondents, or intervenor-respondent, on the argument of the appeal, if either be so advised, to strike these exhibits, or any of them, from the record.

Motion by appellant for an extension of time until November 19, 1956 to file his brief on the appeal herein, denied.
