In a proceeding to validate petitions designating petitioner as the candidate of the Conservation Party in the General Election to be held on November 3, 1970 for the public office of State Senator for the Fourth Senatorial District, Nassau County, New York. The appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 30, 1970, which denied petitioner's application in all respects, and dismissed the petition. Judgment affirmed, without costs. (See Matter of Franco v. Board of Elections, 35 A.D.2d 679.) Christ, P.J., Hopkins, Martuscello, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
