Order of the Family Court, entered April 14, 1967, unanimously affirmed, without costs and without disbursements and without prejudice to a new proceeding, if by virtue of cutting off of charge accounts, as heretofore maintained, or otherwise, the family is not furnished proper support in accordance with respondent's means.
