Appeal from Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board.
The Board has found as a fact that claimants herein were employees of the appellant, and the finding is supported by substantial legal evidence. ( Matter of Morton, 284 N.Y. 167; Matter of Electrolux Corp., 288 N.Y. 440.) The decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board should be affirmed. Decision affirmed, with costs to the Industrial Commissioner. All concur.
