ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having reported to this Court that STEWART GITLIN of Hasbrouck Heights was guilty of unethical conduct in that he misappropriated and misused clients' funds in violation of DR 1-102(A)(4)(5) and (6) and DR 9-102 and engaged in conflicts of interest in the representation of clients in violation of the spirit of DR 5-101(A) and DR 5-105(A), and the Board having recommended that said STEWART GITLIN be disbarred and that he be required to reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of stenographic transcripts prepared in this matter, and the Court having read the record and being satisfied that the Board's recommended remedy is appropriate, and said STEWART GITLIN having failed to appear before this Court on the return date of an order to show cause why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that STEWART GITLIN be disbarred and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys of this State, effective immediately, and it is further
ORDERED that STEWART GITLIN be and hereby is permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law; and it is further
ORDERED that the Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, together with this Order and the full record of this matter, be added as a permanent part of the file of STEWART GITLIN as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey; and it is further
ORDERED that STEWART GITLIN reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts in this matter; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with the Regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred and resigned attorneys.
