In a proceeding supplementary to judgment by a judgment creditor against a judgment debtor, the judgment debtor appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 21, 1961, which granted the judgment creditor's motion to adjudge him in contempt of court for having violated the injunctive provisions of an order, dated November 21, 1960, in such proceeding; which fined him the sum of $12,385.14, with leave to purge himself upon payment of the fine within 90 days; and which directed that in default of payment he shall be incarcerated until the sum is paid. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Beldock, Acting P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
