DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

WILLIAM L. GEE of Beach Haven having been suspended from the practice of law by Order of this Court dated October 17, 1978, pending the final resolution of ethics charges against him, and the Disciplinary Review Board having recommended, on the merits, that respondent be restored to practice subject to certain conditions, and this Court having reviewed the record and considered the arguments of counsel, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the suspension of WILLIAM L. GEE is lifted, and he is restored to practice, effective immediately, subject to the following conditions:

1. respondent's practice shall be limited solely to employment as house counsel in private industry or, under supervision, as an associate or partner of members of the bar of this State, and

2. respondent shall reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for appropriate administrative costs, including production of transcripts and auditing costs.
