ORDER

An order to show cause having been issued December 5, 1977 why JOHN P. FUSCIELLO of Jersey City should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law for his failure to cooperate with a review of those financial records which are required to be maintained by R. 1:21-6, and respondent having failed to appear before this Court on the return date of said order to show cause, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that JOHN P. FUSCIELLO be and hereby is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending final disposition of the charges against him and until further order of the Court, effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that JOHN P. FUSCIELLO be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Supreme Court governing disbarred, resigned or suspended attorneys.
