Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Third Department
May 11, 1949

Opinion

May 11, 1949.

Appeal from Workmen's Compensation Board.

Present — Foster, P.J., Heffernan, Brewster, Deyo and Bergan, JJ.

The board's denial of compensation and dismissal of the claim were upon the ground that none of claimant's disabilities was causally related to his aforesaid accident. Medical questions of fact tendered the vital issue. The decision under appeal is competently supported by medical proofs. Decision unanimously affirmed, without costs.
