DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

STEVEN S. FRIEDMAN of ELMWOOD PARK, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1970, having pleaded guilty to three counts of falsifying affidavits, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to R. 1:20-6(a)(1), STEVEN S. FRIEDMAN is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final resolution of the ethics complaint pending against him, effective February 13, 1986, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that STEVEN S. FRIEDMAN be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that STEVEN S. FRIEDMAN comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
