DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

HOWARD M. FREUND of Asbury Park having appeared before this Court on an order to show cause why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the suspension of HOWARD M. FREUND from the practice of law, initially ordered by this Court on June 26, 1979, shall continue until the respondent can demonstrate satisfactory proof of his mental and physical capability to practice law and until further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that, should respondent submit evidence meeting the terms of the foregoing paragraph, the Court reserves the right to impose disciplinary sanctions based upon the merits of the complaints against the respondent; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent continue to comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended attorneys and that he continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
