Matter of Frank J

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
May 25, 1999
261 A.D.2d 293 (N.Y. App. Div. 1999)

Opinion

May 25, 1999

Appeal from the order of disposition, Family Court, New York County (Gloria Sosa-Lintner, J.).

The court's findings were based on legally sufficient evidence and were not against the weight of the evidence ( People v. Bleakley, 69 N.Y.2d 490). We see no reason to disturb the court's determinations concerning credibility and identification.

Concur — Ellerin, P. J., Rosenberger, Williams, Andrias and Saxe, JJ.
