ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having reported to this Court that GEORGE A. FRANCONERO of Irvington pleaded guilty to a Federal Information charging him with a violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 1014 and having recommended that said GEORGE A. FRANCONERO be suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months and that he be required to reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of stenographic transcripts prepared in this matter and this Court having reviewed the record submitted herein pursuant to R. 1:20-4 (a) and good cause appearing:

It is ORDERED that GEORGE A. FRANCONERO be and hereby is suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months and until the further order of the Court, effective February 26, 1979; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that the Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, together with this order and the full record of this matter, be added as a permanent part of the file of said GEORGE A. FRANCONERO as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey; and it is further

ORDERED that GEORGE A. FRANCONERO reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts in this matter; and it is further ORDERED that respondent comply with the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
