ORDER
JOSE M. FRANCO of Union City having appeared before this Court on Tuesday, January 8, 1980 on an order to show cause why the order of this Court entered December 31, 1979, temporarily suspending him from the practice of law, should not be continued pending the final disposition of the ethics complaints against him before the District VI Ethics Committee, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of JOSE M. FRANCO, imposed by order of this Court dated December 31, 1979, be continued pending the final disposition of the ethics complaints against him before the District VI Ethics Committee and until the further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that all funds presently existing in any New Jersey banking institution maintained by JOSE M. FRANCO, pursuant to R. 1:21-6, relating to his law practice shall not be disbursed pending further order of this Court. This restraint shall specifically include, but shall not be limited to, Accounts # 0482-57011 and # 0482-56856 at the Commercial Trust Company, 4800 Bergenline Avenue, Union City, New Jersey or any branches thereof, and it is further
ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services, Administrative Office of the Courts, take such action as is appropriate under the circumstances with regard to the files comprising JOSE M. FRANCO's law practice pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b); and it is further
ORDERED that said JOSE M. FRANCO be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
