DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board that WILLIAM J. FLAHERTY of FREEHOLD, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1977, be publicly reprimanded for affirmatively misrepresenting to his clients that their suit had been instituted, and the Court having reviewed the record and determined that a public reprimand is warranted, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that WILLIAM J. FLAHERTY is publicly reprimanded for conduct in violation of DR 1-102(A)(4); and it is further

ORDERED that a permanent record of this reprimand shall be retained in the Office of the Clerk and in respondent's attorney file; and it is further

ORDERED that WILLIAM J. FLAHERTY reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for appropriate administrative costs.
