Order of disbarment entered upon certified copy of a judgment of the Monroe County Court entered January 14, 1949, convicting said Lester Fishman of the crime of grand larceny first degree upon which he was sentenced to State prison at Attica, N.Y., for an indeterminate sentence the minimum of which shall be not less than one year and the maximum not more than five years.
