DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board that JOSEPH A. FERRANTE who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1973 and suspended from the practice of law since March 26, 1984, be reinstated to the practice of law, subject to his fulfillment of certain conditions, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that JOSEPH A. FERRANTE is restored to the practice of law, effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that as conditions to respondent's practice of law:

1. Respondent's practice is to be under the supervision of the attorney approved for respondent's proctorship by the Office of Attorney Ethics for one year and until further order of the Court and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the proctorship established by the Office of Attorney Ethics;

2. Respondent shall submit proofs of his enrollment in and satisfactory completion of the balance of the Skills and Methods Course within two years of his reinstatement to the practice of law.
