Judgment dismissing article 78 proceeding unanimously affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements to respondents. The respondents' determination, sought to be reviewed, directed petitioners, who were general partners of certain partnership ventures, to furnish accountings of said ventures to a limited partner and provided for a suspension of their real estate brokers' licenses upon a failure to furnish the accountings. The determination was interlocutory or nonfinal in nature and thus is not presently reviewable by means of an article 78 proceeding (CPLR 7801, subd. 1). The Attorney-General so contends, noting that a new hearing and determination will be required to effect a suspension or revocation of petitioners' licenses, and the respondents will be estopped to claim otherwise.
