Opinion

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with this Court recommending that MORTON FELDMAN of Atlantic City be publicly reprimanded for violations of DR 1-102(A)(5) and (6) in connection with his conduct before the Violent Crimes Compensation Board and the Atlantic County Ethics Committee, that his law practice be supervised by a designated attorney for a period of one year, and that he be required to reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that MORTON FELDMAN be and hereby is publicly reprimanded for his violations of DR 1-102(A) (5) and (6); and it is further

ORDERED that, respondent having submitted his written consent hereto, Morgan E. Thomas, Esquire, is designated as respondent's preceptor in the practice of law for a period of one year from the date hereof, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the report of the Disciplinary Review Board; and it is further

ORDERED that the Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, together with this order and the full record of this matter, be added as a permanent part of the file of said MORTON FELDMAN as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey; and it is further

ORDERED that MORTON FELDMAN reimburse the Adminstrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts in this matter.
