DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended to the Supreme Court that MORTON FELDMAN of Atlantic City be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i), and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that MORTON FELDMAN be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that MORTON FELDMAN show cause before this Court on Tuesday, January 26, 1982, at 2:00 p.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why the temporary suspension should not be continued pending the final disposition of all complaints pending against him before the District I Ethics Committee and the Disciplinary Review Board; and it is further

ORDERED that the Disciplinary Review Board is directed to file a single report addressing all matters pending against the respondent, including the matters presently pending before the Board, the District I Ethics Committee, and any supplemental psychiatric examinations the Disciplinary Review Board may direct; and it is further

ORDERED that Colette A. Coolbaugh, Esquire, or her designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all of the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
