DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended to the Court that ALEXANDER FEINBERG of Cherry Hill be temporarily suspended from the practice of law and he, by his attorney, having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that ALEXANDER FEINBERG is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of the complaint now pending against him arising out of his conviction in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, effective Monday, April 12, 1982, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with the Regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended attorneys.
