Order denying motion for a new trial on the ground of newly-discovered evidence reversed, with costs, and motion granted. Decree and order of the Surrogate's Court of Rockland county reversed. Jenks, P.J., Thomas, Stapleton, Mills and Rich, JJ., concurred.
