DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
The Office of Attorney Ethics having petitioned the Supreme Court for an order temporarily suspending STEVEN S. EZON of EAST BRUNSWICK, formerly of DEAL, from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b), for protective action on said attorney's files, records, practice and trust assets pursuant to R. 1:21-6, and he having consented hereto; and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that STEVEN S. EZON be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that the Office of Attorney Ethics take such emergent protective action as may be appropriate to gain possession and control of the legal files, records, practice and trust assets, wherever situate pursuant to R. 1:20-11(c); and it is further
ORDERED that all funds presently existing in any New Jersey banking institution maintained by STEVEN S. EZON pursuant to R. 1:21-6 relating to his law practice shall not be disbursed except upon application to this Court for good cause shown; and it is further
ORDERED that STEVEN S. EZON be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended attorneys.
