DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend STEPHEN L. ELLSWORTH of MAGNOLIA from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-4 and imposing certain restraints and directing that he show cause on September 13, 1983, why that suspension and said restraints should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him, and good cause appearing
It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of STEPHEN L. ELLSWORTH, imposed by order of this Court dated September 7, 1983, be continued pending final disposition of the complaints against him and until the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that all funds presently existing in any New Jersey banking institution maintained by STEPHEN L. ELLSWORTH, pursuant to R. 1:21-6, relating to his law practice shall not be disbursed pending further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services take such protective action pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b) as may be appropriate pending the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that the funds restrained from disbursement by this Order shall be transmitted by the banks that are the present custodians to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund pending further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that consideration of the ethics complaints now pending against the respondent be accelerated to the end that the Disciplinary Review Board shall file its final report and recommendation within six months of the filing date of this order; and it is further
ORDERED that the respondent continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension and is further directed to continue to his compliance with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
