Present — Taylor, P.J., Love, Vaughan, Kimball and Piper, JJ.


Order insofar as it makes an allowance to J. Herbert Gilroy reversed on the law and facts and matter remitted to the Special Term to determine, after taking proof either by affidavit or oral testimony, the question as to whether said J. Herbert Gilroy is entitled to an allowance for services performed as attorney, and otherwise order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements to appellants payable out of the fund. All concur. (The order appealed from grants additional allowances.)
