CONSIDERATION, by the Court of Appeals, on its own motion pursuant to N Y Constitution, article VI, § 22 (e), (g) and Judiciary Law § 44 (8) (a), (c) of whether Honorable Lorin M. Duckman should be suspended from his office of Judge of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

On the Court's own motion, it is determined that Honorable Lorin M. Duckman is suspended, with pay, effective immediately, from his office of Judge of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

Concur: Chief Judge KAYE and Judges TITONE, BELLACOSA, SMITH, LEVINE, CIPARICK and WESLEY.
