DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court recommending that THOMAS J. DONOVAN, formerly of VOORHEES, who was admitted to the Bar of this State in 1970, be disbarred for his knowing misappropriation of clients' funds in violation of DR 1-102, and for his violations of DR 2-110 and DR 9-102, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the findings of the Disciplinary Review Board are hereby adopted; and it is further

ORDERED that THOMAS J. DONOVAN be disbarred, effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent's name be stricken from the roll of attorneys and that he be permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for appropriate administrative costs; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with Administrative Guideline #23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with disbarred attorneys.
