Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by striking out paragraph (b) thereof and by directing a reference to an official referee to take testimony and report to Special Term as to the reasonable cost of maintenance of the incompetent, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
