DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with this Court charging GEORGE DOMINGUEZ of BUTLER, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1969, with unprofessional conduct and further recommending that respondent be transferred to disability inactive status until medical and psychiatric evidence is produced to demonstrate his fitness to return to the practice of law; and good cause appearing

IT is ORDERED that GEORGE DOMINGUEZ be and hereby is publicly reprimanded and that a permanent record of this reprimand shall be retained in respondent's file; and it is further

ORDERED that GEORGE DOMINGUEZ is hereby transferred to disability inactive status, pursuant to R. 1-20-9(b), effective immediately and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that during the period respondent is on disability inactive status, he shall be ineligible to practice law and shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations governing suspended attorneys, and it is further

ORDERED that respondent shall reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for appropriate administrative costs.
