Opinion
April 26, 1943.
Present — Close, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Taylor, JJ.
In this proceeding for the construction of a will it was held that the several trusts created for the benefit of testator's children unlawfully suspended the power of alienation, and that the provision for the equalization of advances was void. Decree of the Surrogate's Court of the County of Queens, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs to all parties filing briefs, payable out of the estate. No opinion.
