       ORDER OF SUSPENSION PENDING FINAL DETERMINATION

       GIVAN, Chief Justice.

       Comes now the Hearing Officer in this cause and, pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 14(g), files his "Findings and Recommendations of the Hearing Officer as to Suspension Pending Final Determination of the Cause."

       This Court, being duly advised in the premises, now finds that the respondent should be suspended from the practice of law pending the final determination of this cause.        IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by this Court that the respondent, Clifford M. DeWitt, is hereby suspended from the practice of law in the State of Indiana pending the final determination of the cause.

       PRENTICE and HUNTER, JJ., concur.

       DE BRULER and PIVARNIK, JJ., not participating.
