ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that FELIX A. DeSARNO of Asbury Park be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i), and that the Central Ethics Unit of the Administrative Office of the Courts be empowered to take such action as is appropriate to protect the interest of the public, the respondent and his clients pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b), and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that FELIX A. DeSARNO be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that FELIX A. DeSARNO show cause before this Court on Tuesday, June 13, 1978 at 10:00 A.M. in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why the temporary suspension should not be continued pending final disposition of the complaint against him, and why the Central Ethics Unit of the Administrative Office of the Courts should not be empowered to take such action as is appropriate under the circumstances with regard to the files comprising respondent's law practice pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b); and it is further
ORDERED that Robert E. Cowen, Esq., or his designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that FELIX A. DeSARNO be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Supreme Court governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
