Opinion

January 18, 1943.

Present — Close, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Taylor and Lewis, JJ.

In a proceeding to settle the final account of the committee of the incompetent herein, order settling the final account and discharging the committee modified on the facts by reducing the allowance to the attorneys for the committee from $1,500 to $750, and the allowance to the special guardian from $650 to $350. As so modified, the order is unanimously affirmed, without costs. In our opinion, the allowances were excessive.
