Decree of an official referee dated November 5, 1947, in a proceeding instituted by appellant in the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, pursuant to section 231-a of the Surrogate's Court Act, to fix and determine additional compensation for services rendered as an attorney, decreeing that appellant was not entitled to additional compensation and that he had been paid in full for services rendered, unanimously affirmed, with one bill of costs to respondents. Decree of the Surrogate's Court of Westchester County, dated January 16, 1948, confirming the above-mentioned decree of the official referee and fixing costs, unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
